I really love this place. Everyone at Your Downtown Dental is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their patients. They make everything super easy, such as scheduling, billing, or just asking questions. The office is clean and comfortable in a great location. If you’re someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, this team is amazing at making you feel calm and at ease. The whole process is smooth from start to finish. I rarely post reviews, unless I feel a place of business is memorable in a magical way and not a one-time wonder. For the last 15 years I have encountered inexperience technicians to fraudulent billing practices in the dental industry. I scheduled a dental appointment (for a different locations outside the airport) but showed up for the wrong day. With preexisting anxiety regarding individuals doing a thorough job, including their support staff. This location understood my concerns and my medical history, they never mentioned the additional services for anxiety. I did not have a good feeling. Through a random conversation from someone I barely knew identified with my anxiety, suggested Downtown Dentistry and look into the optional sedation. I never heard of sedation she had described. What I was most interested in was how she just adored the staff! I’m twice her age and she gave a full write up on this location. It was calming, they have the best tea, they provide stress balls as mini-gifts, and most of all they provided multiple payments options. They educated me on the process and what needed to be done. It truly felt like walking into a family owned business that I have known for years. I had my second visit today and I still stand by what I feel and what I say. There prices are Fair and on point! I am a mother of four, so every cent counts. This place is more than 5 STARS!
