Westlake Pediatric Dentistry

I have been using this dentist office for a very long time. They have always been amazing with my two boys. Their office is always clean, they have movies on and video games to help the kids keep busy while waiting. The wait is not very long. The hygienist is very professional and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and keep conversations going so the kids feel at ease. They explain everything in great detail and answer any questions you may have about the visit. From beginning to end it's a pleasant experience. You don't feel rushed at all, they take their time.

Added: They’re so patient with my babies! We also left our cup and they left it out so I could grab it after hours!!! (Upon my request!) Original: So initially when I got there, I was overwhelmed with the amount of paper work as well as calling the insurance to switch the dentist on the insurance. Dentists offices in the past have done that themselves. So, I had a screaming infant, an excited toddler, an iPad to fill documents out on, a clip board to fill documents out on, and on my phone with the insurance. Only explaining why I was overwhelmed. My toddler was supplied many toys to play with in the lobby. It was an amazing little area set up for children patients. An associate came over and offered to hold my baby while I finished everything and also while I had to hold my toddler in her appointment. They were very accommodating and had a toy bin for my toddler to pick from on the way out. I honestly felt like the burden but I only have so many arms. The one associate that held my baby both times explained that she had two babies 14mo apart so she understood. It felt nice to be seen and helped. The dentist and his assistant were really thorough with their explanations of why we should avoid certain things. Overall, great experience.
