The staff was friendly and professional, making everything run smoothly. A special shoutout to Lisa and Taylor they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to explain my dental insurance benefits clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from Hollie throughout my cleaning. I usually get pretty anxious about going to the dentist, but West Dentistry completely changed that for me. Immediately the staff was so kind and understanding they really helped put my nerves at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
