Urbach Pediatric Dentistry - Houston, TX

I don’t do reviews often but I wanted to do because Dr. Alan Urbach was so kind to my family. He was able to get my son in immediately for an emergency visit after he fell and hurt his tooth. He reassured me throughout the entire process. I honestly felt like family and that is so rare these days. I’m forever grateful and appreciative. I will forever recommend them.

The environment is very kid friendly. My two year-old was excited to go back to the dentist. He loves seeing the train go around the waiting room, and after his cleaning, the hygienist Gave us tokens for the little gumball machine that has tiny toys. I was about five minutes early for my appointment and only waited in the waiting room for what felt like less than 10 minutes. The office seems to run efficiently. Everyone is very kind And knows how to talk the kids. I’m glad We were referred to this dentist. I really like this dentist. I never feel rushed, they seem to do their best to make you feel like you’re the only patient there that day.
