As someone who takes pride in providing and recognizing excellent customer service, I had to take a moment to thank this dental office for an outstanding first visit with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the front desk staff. They even had a personalized welcome message on the board for my daughter, which immediately made her feel special and at ease. She was also invited to play in their cozy kids’ area while we waited. Once we were called back, I was pleasantly surprised to be invited to sit with my daughter during her cleaning—without me even having to ask. That small gesture spoke volumes and showed me that they value transparency and parent involvement. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, creating such a friendly and welcoming environment. The dental hygienist was amazing—she made my daughter feel completely comfortable, using fun, animated explanations for each step of the process. She took the time to tell my daughter what she was doing before she did it, which really helped ease any anxiety.
