The outside of the facility as well as the inside gives the kids a welcoming secure feeling. The staff is friendly and interacts with the kids which helps to relax them. It gives them reassurance 😌

Really nice staff front office and back, wish they would have took a little more time to explain after care and they left my daughter's sides of her mouth raw. But other then that really great and fast.
