Sunrise Pediatric Dentistry

My 1.5 year old went for a check up today. The front desk staff was amazing at making her feel at ease, gave her bubbles that I could take into the room and lots of smiles. The hygienist and doctor were professional but also catered to my daughter’s needs to feel safe and comfortable during the appointment. We all sang twinkle little star while the doctor counter her teeth and she did great! She got a balloon at the end and laughed all the way to the car! Highly recommend for young children! Can’t wait to use the massage chairs in the lobby at some point!

We had a great experience with the dentist and hygienist. However, I am removing a star because the third party answering service was a bit troublesome. For one, there was confusion over our appointment time and when I called to resolve it, no one answered. Secondly on our appointment day we were running behind and went to the wrong entrance and couldn’t get in. It would have been nice to be able to call the front desk and explain. Instead we were routed to the third party, and since they don’t work in the building they couldn’t explain to us how to get in. Not the biggest deal in the world but just something to note.
