Sunny Hills Pediatric Dentistry

As of the time of the writing of this review, these kind folks are not (yet) my son’s dentist. However, they have already demonstrated infinitely more care for his well-being than the other clinic to which he’s been going to for the past year. We had an issue where we were not sure if a tooth should be wiggling or not. We called our regular dentist’s office, and they told me they can see us in two weeks. That’s literally the extent of the help they offered. Since not having this looked at ASAP wasn’t an option, I reached out to this clinic. The following events took place: - they offered to see us on the same day - after realizing our insurance was out of network, they immediately let me know what the appointment cost would be, and in order to save me from spending money unnecessarily, they asked for pictures and x-rays - they got the X-rays from the other clinic, and looked over what I sent them Turns out there was nothing to worry about. These folks saved me a lot of headache by spending a few minutes of their time without any compensation - something that the dentist clinic that I actually pay money was not interested in doing. The contrast is night and day. No matter how good the doctor is, the office staff makes or brakes a practice. The communication here was great, but by far the most important aspect was being treated as an actual human being, rather than as an autonomous flexible spending account. Thank you, I appreciate your help today, and I will absolutely re-arrange my insurance arrangements to switch over Sunny Hills as soon as legally feasible.

I've been taking my son here since his first tooth fell out. So about 11yrs+ now; and staff is always friendly. Never disappoints they explain everything in full detail and are extremely well at keeping the little ones safe, and entertained. Mine is a teenager now, but he still enjoys going to the dentist. How often do you hear of anyone enjoying a visit to the dentist? I highly recommend Sunny hills pediatric dentistry to anyone! They're great with small kids as well. If they would allow me to, I would go here for myself.
