We had a great experience for our first time there. Our daughter is 4 weeks old and had a tongue and lip tie. Tiffany was super nice and explained everything to us in great detail. They did the procedure and it was so quick only about 5 minutes. Once home Tiffany reached out and made sure our daughter was doing OK. As a mom these things can be stressful but the staff was so nice and welcoming I felt at home.

From start to finish, the entire team (Dr Susie, Tiffani, Anna, Selanie) was professional, thorough, and caring. They took the time to explain every step of the process from procedure to billing, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout. The communication was open, and we always received feedback about his progress (pre and post surgery) and what to expect next. Not only was the medical care exceptional, but the staff was also very friendly, empathetic and kind which made this experience for us so much smoother.
