St. Christopher's Hospital For Children- Dentistry

We were referred to St Chris Dental because my son needed dental work that my children's dentist believed would be best under sedation. During our consult, Doctor Christy, went over all the the options that she thought would work, starting with the least invasive. Today, sitting in the back with Dr Christy and her helpers, I was amazed. She had such a way to calm our crazy 4 year old. She spoke so kindly and softly. Soothing was the best way to explain it. She showed him all the tools and gave him a break when needed. This approach helped us avoid putting him to sleep for the procedure. The staff was all helpful and friendly. We will be back to complete work on the other side of his mouth!

I have been leaving messages with the billing dept 4x's within 8 days. I have yet to receive a call back. My insurance company called and left a message also. How does a person try to handle their account when there isn't a response...everytime I call billing...straight to voice message.
