I love to see Dr. Sallee she is the best of the best, today our check-in didn't go as smooth, but I too work In the medical field and I know sometimes people have bad day so I wanted to extend Grace to the charge nurse. I highly recommend Danis Peds to anyone who is looking for loving caring Doctors and their staff.

The doctors are great and we don't mind that it is a teaching facility. Our sons love Dr. Haller and actually look forward to seeing him. The nurses are great as well and remember our boys. But the scheduling system, wait times, on-call service, and hold times for nurse calls all need a lot of work. I was on hold for 45 minutes just to leave a message for a doctor to call back and we've waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment on multiple occasions when visiting...not fun for anyone but especially annoying with small children. They keep saying they are working on these issues but it seems like every time we have to interact with any of it it just becomes a disaster. There is a lot of good here but it, unfortunately, seems to be overshadowed by poor management and cost-cutting measures.
