Theresa, my dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing. From her very first approach, she made me feel completely comfortable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making a difference in her patients’ outcomes. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and how thorough she was during my cleaning. The service was a 10/10, professional, passionate, and dedicated. Best cleaning I ever had! Ask for her!

Appointment for was 1500, busy asked to arrive no later than 1445 to complete paperwork. Paperwork completed @ 1502, sat and waited without any explanation as to why I haven’t been called back prior to being called and roomed at 1604 and then inform d the doctor is running behind. I’m still sitting here in the treatment room as I type @ 1617 still having not seen the doctor. Horrible communication, examination chairs grossly rusty instruments lying opened on counters prior to treatments and or exams.. Never, ever again as I finish up my review @ 1622 still waiting on a doctor whose office closes @ 1700. Not ok. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
