Sparkle Dental - Evelyn Miranda Halem, DMD, PA

I have been going here for more than a year and I am absolutely pleased with the Dentist and the staff. I have had many procedures done here and they provided perfect service all the way from consultation, billing, procedure, and follow up. Dr. Evelyn Miranda Halem is very kind and patient and takes her time to explain the process as well to work with you. The same can be said for all of the staff including Robert in billing. They put a lot of effort in making sure that the patient is satisfied with every part of the process and are absolutely professional and warm while doing so. I look forward to returning over and over for my dental maintenance.

I took my child to this office to a regular cleaning and check up even though he is a minor and they did not let me in with him. After the cleaning and the check up, I was told that he needs treatment on 4 teeth but they won’t do it without sedation which is not a option for us, he’s 13 and he cooperates with the process so he does not need to be sedated. So after all, all I wanted from them was to send to me his X-rays but they gave me a hard time and never sent it even after the new dentist that I’m taking my child called their office and requested it, so I end up passing by to get it directly from them. Horrible experience with them, not going back and not referring them to anyone.
