Ruby Dental & Braces

My son has never been a fan of going to the dentist but the staff that took care of him was very friendly and compassionate. Huda was wonderful took her time to explain everything that was going to happen and checked on my son throughout the entire time, making sure that he was doing okay. Loved our experience today

Several of the staff members are rude including the manager. Professionalism is optional and most choose to bypass it. There was a staff member that was on her phone at intake the majority of the time I was there. Many employees treat the patients as if Medicaid makes them 2nd class patients. The medical staff was great The majority of the front desk workers need to appreciate their patients for their patronage instead of acting as if they're doing us a favor. I will find another provider.
