“We had a wonderful experience at Rising Star Dental after spending four years at a practice that didn’t work well with kids. From the moment we booked the appointment to when we walked out the door, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was so patient with my daughter, ensuring she felt comfortable before starting the cleaning. When my daughter became anxious, the hygienist calmly paused and took the time to reassure her, making sure she finished the cleaning without feeling rushed. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about both doing their job well and ensuring the patient is at ease. As a parent, it was such a relief to feel supported and never judged when my child got scared – I never felt pressured to force her through anything. The office itself was spotless and well-organized, with TVs in the rooms to keep kids entertained. The lobby was also very inviting, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this practice for anyone with children!”

My child is almost 4 and autistic. Dr Coco was the closest doctor to ever get to look inside my kid's mouth with patience, grace, and understanding. We scheduled another visit to try again next week, as they understood sometimes you just can't push kids. They prioritize the comfort of the kids they work with, and I'm so incredibly grateful that this wasn't a nightmare of an experience like some we've had at other doctor visits. The dental assistants and the desk clerks were also extremely helpful and understanding, even dancing with him to make him feel more comfortable. HIGHLY recommend. We will be back.
