Randy Adams DDS

I’ve been apart of this dentistry family for 30 years. Me and my siblings went there as kids and now our kids goes there. They always goes above and beyond for my kids especially Mrs Michelle Whitaker. She make the kids feels comfortable especially knowing they might have to get some type of work done. All and all this is a great dentistry and I appreciate them for all the years they’ve helped me and my family.

Dr. Randy Adams has to be the worst dentist in Richmond. If I could leave -5 stars I would. I should’ve left this review back in like 2012 when he messed up my smile and basically wasted my 2.5 years of wearing braces. I was in his office, 2-3 months after I got my braces off, woke up with new gaps and this big crowns. His response was “your teeth were small so I had to space them out to fit bigger crowns on, they fit your face much better”. Dude, who told you to do that? You think I wanted gaps? I just had braces for years. He doesn’t listen, he just goes off of his opinion which is wrong. I HATE the fact that my mom brought me here as a child. One of my childhood friends also said he will never go to him again. If I were you, I wouldn’t go to him, the dentist I’ve used in the last few years is amazing unlike Randy Adams. This is meant for Dr. Randy Adams (the older guy) specifically.
