I can't say enough great things about this place! Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and the receptionists were friendly and happy to help. Andrea was my dental assistant and knowing I have some anxiety with the dentist, did a great job of helping me relax. Dr. Mona Patel was extremely friendly and thoroughly explained my treatment options. Finally, my hygienist, Denise, exceeded my expectations of 'good bedside manner'. She explained everything as she was working and really put my mind at ease. I've always had bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to past experiences, but I'm happy to say that anxiety is now gone and I'm more eager for my next cleaning than I ever have. Who likes going to the dentist? I don't. However, Dr. Patel and her team make the visits less ominous. Beginning at the front desk, the personnel make me feel welcomed and valued. Then the hygienist and Dr. Patel provide excellent care. Their conversations with me and each other during treatment help put me at ease. Thumbs up to this team of professionals!
