PlayWell Pediatric Dentistry

Playwell had very clear communication and expectations leading up to the appointment; they expect the forms to be filled out ahead of time, and this helps keep an eye on your toddler more closely when you are in the waiting room; they were so welcoming when we walked in and my toddler loved the waiting room, so many fun activities! The staff interacted with my daughter immediately. The visit went really well with the doctor, about as-expected with a first time toddler.

We had a wonderful experience at our child’s very first dentist appointment. The office is incredibly clean and welcoming, with so many fun LEGO sets to explore and admire in the waiting room. My child especially loved pressing the buttons to make them light up and move—such a fun touch! It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in providing excellent patient care. Theresa and Chris at the front desk were so kind and friendly from the moment we walked in. Kate, the dental assistant, did a fantastic job explaining what to expect and made my child feel comfortable with her warm and playful approach. Dr. Jadin had a wonderful bedside manner with my 15-month-old and provided helpful education on what we should be doing at home. We left feeling informed, cared for, and excited for our next visit. It’s evident that everyone at PlayWell Pediatric Dentistry has a genuine passion for children and for making a positive impact in the community!
