I just wanted to say that I am constantly impressed by Dr.Palous and his exceptional staff. They exceed my expectations every single time I come in. They consistently make my children feel comfortable and at home. Miss Tracy is incredible and had my two year old giggling with delight during her check up. I was having a pretty rough day and the front desk was so kind and courteous and went above and beyond today( I’m sorry I didn’t get both your names)! I have nothing but good things to say about my visit today. Thank you for all you do!

I was visiting family from out of town over Memorial Day weekend when my son had a dental issue that I wasn’t sure required a visit. Even though we weren’t patients and it was a holiday, I left a message hoping for some guidance. To my surprise, Dr. Poulos personally called me back within 20 minutes and took the time to talk through my concerns. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful — even offering to assist further if anything else came up. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, and I was truly impressed by his compassion and professionalism. This kind of care is rare and so appreciated! If I lived in town, Dr. Poulos would absolutely be our family dentist — and I’d gladly recommend him to anyone looking for one.
