Pediatric Dental Group

I came to write a good review and oddly enough I see a poor review written a couple days ago which was the same day I was in the office. It’s unfortunate that people do not tell both sides of the story or leave details out. That woman was yelling at the front desk staff and made the situation uncomfortable for the rest of the patients there. My time there with my children in the past has been amazing. Dr.Dawood and staff has always been kind and informative with my children. They’re nurturing and caring. The front staff was very professional even while the mom was upset & saying things that were rude towards the whole hard working staff in which delayed my child’s care. Great jobs ladies, thank you for all that you do !!

Don’t care about patients. They made my 6 year old sister wait over 2 months for a tooth removal, to the point she got an infection. I called them but they still said they couldn’t schedule an appointment so I had to take her to another dental office where, within a week, they saw and scheduled the tooth removal.
