Parkway Family Dental

I had a dental emergency while I was on my way to the airport for a cross-country flight. I was eating a protein bar when one of my crowns came completely off my tooth. My family and I scrambled to quickly find a dentist in Louisville, Kentucky. Luckily, my daughter found Parkway Family dental and they had good reviews and they were nearby the location where we would be staying. I called the office from the airport and Michaela answered the phone, which was fortunate for me. She was professional, friendly, and she answered all my questions and got the ball rolling right away. They were able to immediately scheduled an appointment. Then, once I got to the office the next day, all of the staff were completely helpful and accommodating, even though I overslept and missed my appointment time - bad on me. I cannot recommend this group of dental professionals highly enough. Shout out to Nakasia and Dr. Rachel.

The staff was so kind and welcoming! They were so gentle and considerate during the cleaning. They are very willing to help you feel comfortable and find the best plan of action for you.
