OU Health Physicians - Family Dentistry

I have a special needs daughter and her twin I have been coming here for 2 years now I have to bring her here due to her needs but when they call you literally the afternoon 2pm the day before your kiddos appointment to reschedule you out 2 months literally it’s crazy and my other daughter had a tooth ache had to take her to another dentist and then I call to reschedule for their next cleaning receptionist is rude and say they cant schedule us again because we can’t do that I’m confused I never heard that before then when I ask okay do I wait 6 months to try and schedule with you guys again for the cleaning she say well let me ask because I don’t think we can schedule you girl get me someone who knows what they are doing! First your being rude and I’m being as nice as I can asking because you guys are the ones who canceled on me and want me to wait 2 more months with my child’s tooth ache come on!!!

Our almost 2 year old had her first appointment today. The dentist and assistant were SO nice! Very patient, understanding, answered all of my many questions and was very patient with my son too! My daughter has Down Syndrome and the doctor was VERY knowledgeable and put me at ease. I'm so glad we found such a good dentist!
