The staff are professional and friendly. Wait times vary but aren't outrageous. The kids love the waiting room, which honestly could be a little bigger but all in all, we are completely satisfied with their work and have had several pleasant experiences with them.
My two children had appointments here for the first time a few days ago. I would complain that they don't let the parents in the room during the child's dental exam, as I was informed over the phone before bringing them in, but I realize that it's become a thing to not have the parents in the room when the child is a certain age- not just with this dentist office, but others as well. Overall, it was OK; my children- 12 and 7- didn't have any complaints; my son (7) just doesn't like being in different places without me and was crying because he wanted me in the room with him. Other than that, my daughter and son had no complaints with their appointments. My complaint, however is the $5 dollar charge that I had to pay for a dental exam form to be filled out for the school district. That was strange, as I was not informed of this when I mentioned this form over the phone, plus I've never been charged for a medical form to be filled out for the school district before. Five dollars isn't much, but being charged for something like that was a first for me and made no sense.
