Who develops the strategy for how to deal with patient emergencies❓..NO, SERIOUSLY‼️ The word EMERGENCY constitutes URGENCY & 5+ HOURS in the WAITING room is “NEGLECT”❗️I like the staff (in general) but this is utterly ridiculous 😢 ..I bet there’s someone on the board of directors who probably clocks a million or more annually, but either can’t or won’t implement a system to deal with appointments/emergencies simultaneously.. TBH, writing that last sentence felt so wrong ..Maybe appointments & emergencies should have their own separate members of staff. If my son had not been asleep for 98% of this “visit” there’s no way to tell how disruptive I may have (inadvertently) become. What’s the point in having an emergency dept. if this is how they’re treated❓My feelings are hurt today..
Children's is the best but I just wish they would hire more dentists so the wait time can be cut in half... appointments be a year out
