Dr Latsko and her crew were extremely awesome! However? the phone system is horrible!! Your phone system cost me unecessary drama with scams!!! I do not answer my phone unless i know who it is. but because i had to wait on your call, i had to answer. forgive me for not paying attention to metrohealths phone numbers to recognize the, but this scam yesterday almost cost me my life! as a mental health patient, a patient with healthe ailments dealing with the scam was too much to bare to a person in my health condition! metrohealths phone system totally unacceptable! After finally calming down from all of the trauma that damn scam took me through, Metrohealth FINALLY calls with my dental surgery appointment! metrohealth needs a better phone system for surgery scheduling and not depend on an email for people to have to wait on a call back!!!

The front desk never picks up the phone. It's best to get an apt scheduled in person. However, they do pretty good work and don't have very long wait times.
