Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

I needed an urgent check up for my daughter and this was the only place that was able to take her right away. My appointment was at 9:20 and got called to the back at 9:21, the fastest I have ever been called! The front desk was so helpful, Dani helped me get checked quickly and Karen helped explain what my insurance will pay for! Shay took care of us in the back and made sure to make my daughter feel comfortable. She realized she was nervous and calmed her nerves right away. Dr Mathisen was great at informing my daughter of every step she was doing during her procedure as my daughter had a lot of questions. But she did a great job! The whole team made this a great experience :)

Went at the time our appointment was scheduled, but had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes before entering the dentist office. Appointment was at 11:30 am, sat in the waiting room until 12:15 pm. Good service, dentist was understanding and helpful. They called me the day before to make the appointment to be at 11:30 am, instead of the original appointment scheduled time being 12:00 pm. If asking people to come earlier is what they do, they should take customers earlier into the dentist office, not making people to wait there for 45 minutes, or don't make appointments earlier. 4 stars, overall.
