Staff is friendly and the dentist is a nice guy, good with kids. My 3 year old daughter had a good experience there. The orthodontist was also friendly and helpful when the dentist was unavailable for a limited evaluation. However, I'll be transferring care away from here for my daughter due to the terrible customer service. It's a poorly run business. They simply don't pick up the phone. We showed up for an appointment on time and the door was locked and the lights were off. We called many times, obviously nobody picked up. Then after about 10 minutes somebody appeared inside. They had taken a long lunch break. Now they're sending letters about an overdue balance. I called them many times about this, no answer. I called once this morning and the receptionist (very politely- I'll give her that) told me that they're short staffed and she would "get back to me in a week or so" to tell me more about whether or not we actually have a balance.

Absolutely unacceptable service and lack of communication from this pediatric dental office! We had scheduled a dental appointment for our child, and took time off work to make sure we could be there. Upon arrival, we were stunned to find out that our appointment had been cancelled without any prior notice or heads up from their office. Not a single phone call, text message or email was sent to let us know about the cancellation. In fact, we even received a voicemail from them confirming the appointment details and their office address. How inconsiderate and unprofessional! We wasted our time, made unnecessary scheduling arrangements, and drove all the way across town, only to be turned away at the door because of their inability to properly manage their calendar and notify patients. This is an incredibly frustrating experience as a parent trying to prioritize our child's dental health. When we confronted the staff about this terrible lapse in communication, they were dismissive and showed zero consideration for our situation. They stated they were "not interested in arguing or confirming their cancellation policy." An utterly ridiculous response given the circumstances. With such a complete disregard for their patients' time, utter lack of basic communication skills, and unwillingness to take accountability, I cannot recommend this dental practice to anyone. Parents, save yourself the headache and hassle - find a pediatric dentist who actually values your time and has respect for their clients. Extremely poor form on their part.
