Super friendly and sweet staff at the front desk and the dental assistants in the back that went out of their way to make my 2 year old feel comfortable. Both dentists she’s seen there have been so gentle and patient, even while she is giving them a very hard time getting X-rays/ cleaning done. I highly recommend this dentist if you’re looking for a place that isn’t going to be traumatic for your little one.
I am highly disappointed in this dentist office. They refused important dental work for my children for a $60 bill I was unaware of. When I asked if I could pay over the phone I was told no. Got that resolved by paying online when I saw a bill come in the mail from them, but not to be able to take the payment over the phone is ridiculous. My daughter needs surgery and they said they could not schedule her without updated X-rays but could not see her for months for a cleaning. I asked if I took her to another dentist to get the cleaning and X-rays if they could get her on the surgery schedule ASAP. They recommended Cox Pediatric Dentistry. I took her there and got the cleanings and X-rays within 2 weeks. The woman at the desk I spoke with today now tells me that my daughter has to come in for a consult in 3 months in September since they did not do her cleaning and X-rays. She said my daughter would be considered a new patient!?! She also told me that to get her on the surgery schedule would be 6 to 9 months from the September consult in 2026! She said that is standard and I explained to her that in the past I was told 2 months and Cox Pediatric dentistry said within weeks they could do the surgery so that was a lie. This is insane to me. Just don’t take your children here. They are more about making money and delaying care over $60 than actually taking care of their patients. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this practice.
