’ve generally received decent service here for my kids, but I was disappointed during my most recent visit. After my daughter’s appointment, the staff said they needed to follow up with a parent. I was present, yet they refused to share the follow-up information with me and chose to call her mom instead. This kind of bias against dads is frustrating—fathers are just as capable and involved. It’s disheartening to feel overlooked simply because I’m a dad.
