Brought my son today for his first ever dentist appointment and as soon as we sat down, Jessica the dental assistant was SO good with him. Reassuring him and being so kind with each step. As a mom, that means a lot. Then, Dr.Tabares came in and just like Jessica, he was so kind and explained everything in detail ( and in a way that I can fully understand ). Loved it here and will be bringing my daughter for her first appointment too!

I honestly thought this place was decent at first — my two oldest kids had no major issues besides the so-so customer service, but I stuck around because they were comfortable with their dentist, Andreina. Big mistake. Recently, I took my 3-year-old in, and they found cavities. Their immediate recommendation? Sedation. My husband and I were NOT comfortable with that. I asked if we could try laughing gas instead, which seemed reasonable. The response I got was beyond rude: “You can’t sit in the chair with him.” First of all, I never said I would—I said I’ll be in the room with him and that would help him be okay. The staff member was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the doctor to clarify, I got a call later claiming my son didn’t sit through his cleaning and they couldn’t get a full x-ray. That’s a flat-out lie. The tech was amazed at how well he did during the x-ray and cleaning. As a parent, raising concerns about sedation should not be met with a terrible attitude. This place is NOT a safe or welcoming environment. To make things worse, they force me to wait in the lobby while my older kids are getting treated. If they talk to me — an adult — that way, I dread how they speak to my kids when I’m not around. I’m pulling my kids’ records and switching to a new location ASAP. All I wanted was for the doctor to try something less invasive, and instead, I was met with excuses and total disregard. Terrible, terrible staff. Would not recommend to anyone.
