My family and I have been patients at Hendricks Family Dentistry for several years now, and we've always been incredibly impressed with their care. This past weekend, however, they truly went above and beyond, solidifying our trust and loyalty even further. I had a dental emergency over the weekend, and for the first time, I had to utilize their weekend emergency line. I was so relieved and impressed by the speed of their response. The office manager, Rhonda, got back to me almost immediately. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful. Despite it being outside of typical office hours, she quickly coordinated with Dr. Hendricks, who was able to call in a prescription for me, providing much-needed relief until I could be seen. True to their word, I received a call first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment. They prioritized my situation and got me in to be seen as soon as possible. We've always felt like valued patients, but this experience truly underscored their commitment to their patients' well-being. Knowing that they are there for us, even in an emergency and outside of regular hours, is incredibly reassuring.
