Highly Recommended – Exceptional Care with Respect for Your Time I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hedges and his practice. After dealing with multiple visits at a previous office for issues that never seemed fully resolved, Dr. Hedges took care of everything efficiently and thoroughly in just a few appointments. It’s a huge relief to finally feel confident in my dental care. One thing I really appreciate is that there’s no pressure or sales tactics. No pushing for unnecessary treatments, no long contracts to sign while you’re stuck in the chair. Dr. Hedges and his staff are upfront, respectful, and clear in explaining what’s going on. I never leave confused or full of questions—I actually understand my treatment plan and feel assured I'm receiving the best possible care. If you’re someone with a busy schedule, this office is a dream. Appointments run on time and you’re in and out quickly. That said, be aware: this practice has a strict no-cancellation policy, and you’ll sign an agreement acknowledging that. It’s how they stay so punctual, which I personally value. But if punctuality isn’t your strong suit, this may not be the right fit for you. For me, the quality of care and respect for my time make it more than worth it. Dr. Hedges and Olivia are OUTSTANDING! They actually CARE about you!!! (Rare these days!) They take their time with each patient and truly listen to your questions and concerns. What I appreciate most is that they educate you on gum and teeth health by showing you photos of your mouth, explaining everything and involving you in every step of your dental care. I have zero anxiety visiting their office because it is such a warm and safe environment. They are a gem in Louisville– I'm so grateful to have found them.
