Happy Kids Pediatric Dentistry

Disleidy was a sweetheart from beginning to end. My daughter has a Sensory disorder and it’s always a struggle to get her to finish a dentist appointment, but today was a major success!! I would definitely ask for her to do her cleaning again!!

Normally we have a great experience however this time I was a bit upset. While my daughter was in the back I was told she needed some sealants on her teeth and was asjed if I wanted them to do it. I advise if it was needed to go ahead and do it. I wasn’t advised at that time that they had not got it approved by my insurance. As I’m leaving the receptionist tells me they have not got it approved by my insurance but it should be covered. I advised her it should not have been offered with out getting an answer from the insurance company. I wasn’t advised later called and advised it is not covered and I owe $124 but they will take off the $24. I work in medical and know the whole price should be adjusted since it was their fault. Not happy.
