Great Expressions Dental Centers – Heath Pediatrics

My 3 children have been coming to this pediatric dentist for 12 years. We could go to others closer to home but we love Dr. Nafallah. The office staff is always courteous and explains things thoroughly.

I haven't directly had a bad experience here. However, the way the staff acts is far from friendly. The reception and scheduling ladies were very brisk and short with me, one even being on a phone call and making hand signals to me instead of waiting for the call to end. The time with the dentist is incredibly brief, basically just 2 sentences before she moved on. And to get a filling appointment we have to wait 3 months! The interior is very scrappy looking as well, half renovation and half broken down and old. Parking is very tight. Look elsewhere if you don't need to use this particular office.
