Detail Dental Kids

New patient and we could not be happier with our first impression. Dr Sara was fantastic with my 6yo and gave mom some great tips that were much appreciated. Change can be hard for kids but DDK made the transition smooth, no tears, and we have a happy kiddo that’s excited about brushing again! Thank you for your patience and kindness! We are happy that now our whole family is a Detail Dental family! 🦷🪥❤️

The office is very clean and appears to be newly updated. The front office staff is friendly. The dental hygienist was cheerful and patient. Dr. Fabiana Fontes Cloux was very informative and friendly as well. My daughter is one year old, and this was her first cleaning, so they were quite compassionate towards her fear and crying!! I’d recommend this office for sure. The reason why I didn’t give five stars is because the initial scheduling was a bit of a turn off. I had originally been told by the office that new patients are booked 24-48 hours in advance of calling. I had to wait for my daughter to turn one to call back and schedule. When I called, a different receptionist wouldn’t acknowledge this policy as truth, and had said they were booked solid for weeks. I had to explain my situation of being nine months pregnant and really needing this appointment before I give birth, then miraculously it went from booked for weeks to I have one opening for next Tuesday (suspicious). Upon checking out of the appointment, a woman walked in inquiring as a new patient for her one year old daughter, and a different receptionist told her of the 24-48 hour rule for booking new patients and proceeded to offer her the next three days wide open! Woman could pick her date and time. That was a turn off for me as it’s a confirmation that you’re going to get different information depending upon who you speak to on the front end.
