I came here for my first vaccine and then I came here for my second also. The first time coming here I had a great experience. I was very nervous about both vaccines so I brought someone with me to the second. For my first vaccine I saw other people in the building with others so I thought it was fine. When we arrived I watched someone in the building without a mask on. And when I checked in they asked if we both had appointments I told them he was with me. (Joanne she’s a hygienist)at the front laughed in my face and looked at the girl next to her at the other side of the desk. I felt embarrassed because I spoke so highly of this place. They told me that he had to go wait in the car. Teach your front desk staff how to respond to customers. If you are following protocol so well why are patients in the office without a mask on.
