I had a fantastic experience during my recent cleaning appointment with Mercedes! From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and she took the time to explain what she was doing and gave helpful tips for improving my home care routine.

I traveled from Pittsfield MA. to see DR. Lian. He was at Springfield Dentistry & Braces. He took the stitches out for me and I would have to say he is the most gentlest dentist that I have ever seen. Highly professional and listens to the patient. He wants his patients to have the best results with their dentures. I am looking forward to having both upper and bottom dentures that have the best fit. To me it was worth traveling the extra miles to see him. And his assistant. Thumbs up from Pittsfield Massachusetts.
