The staff were all very sweet and professional! They’re all wonderful with children and you can tell they all love and take their job seriously. Everyone treated my baby with care and gentleness. They were also very nice to me as well as I was a very anxious and tearful mom. Their procedure went extremely fast and we were in and out in an hour. Now I wouldn’t want to come back 😭 but if I had to I know my baby will be taken care of!

I want to take a moment to recognize Emily, the receptionist at the Pediatric Dental Sedation Center, for her exceptional compassion and outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, Emily went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, supported, and at ease during what could have been a very stressful experience. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind—not just with us, but with every family that walked through the door. Emily took the time to explain each step of the check-in process, answered all of our questions with empathy, and showed genuine care for my child’s comfort and well-being. Her calm and reassuring presence made a huge difference in our visit, and it’s clear she truly cares about the families she serves. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and heartfelt approach. Emily is a true asset to the team, and I’m so grateful for the experience she provided. Thank you for going above and beyond! I’m going to have to do a second review for Ms. Ashley, the amazing manager who took the time to explain the entire process and ease our minds. Overall the entire staff was so gentle/understanding and I trusted them with my child’s well-being completely.
