Beechmont Family Dental

This was my first time going here and I have to say, I’m glad I picked this place. I had to change dentist due to insurance. The staff is super friendly and made me feel as comfortable as they possibly could. I will definitely be returning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. Five out of five stars!

I came here because I was referred but all they did was treat me like I did not matter, My appointment was at 9am, so I came in at 8:33 with my paperwork filled out and 5 people came after me and I noticed that they all went in first before me abd when i ask why the receptionist made up a story that because my appointment was at 9:30 which was not true. Then everyone just passed me by and stared at me like if i was a weird thing. Then when I finally saw the doctor she said she did not know why I was there. So I explained to her the situation and her response was well I'm not an orthodontist to tell you if your teeth are going to be ok or not. So then I explained how I felt like I was being discriminated against and she just brushed off the situations and then added that if I did not like it there I did not need to come back. Just the worst place and I do not recommend you going there if you are Hispanic.
